By accessing and using StarLinker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

StarLinker is a Visual Universe Mapping tool that allows users to organize their lives as interconnected networks of worlds, tasks, and goals. The Service provides features for creating, managing, and visualizing personal and professional information through an interactive spatial canvas.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Keeping your contact information accurate and up-to-date

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarLinker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StarLinker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
